AND Advisory is a young consulting company, established in Riga in 2015. Our core competency is provision of expertise to the governments of transition countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Caucasus, and public sector organizations as well as development partners and NGOs, for public administration efficiency, functional analysis and audit, public services reform, public finance management and investments, attraction of development and donor funding, donor coordination, impacts assessments, programme on-going and ex-post evaluations, and best practice methodologies.
